The DPA 4011C d:dicate is an ultra-compact condenser microphone loaded with an MMC4011 cardioid capsule and an MMP-C preamp, which sounds a tad softer than other DPA Reference Standard Series preamps. Made with jobbing musicians and audio engineers in mind, this pro-grade microphone packs superbly detailed, true-to-life sound and can be used to amplify percussion and wind instruments as well as various other sound sources.
