If you fell for the quality and depth of sound of the 2x12 Boss Katana 100 Watt, then feel the weight of the freshly sharpened and expanded potency of the Katana 100/212 MKII amplifier. In addition to the five MKI tube-amp emulations, the MKII has been gifted with a further five, giving you even more space to discipline you sound. This Katana offers 65 effects to push your sonic depth and the sound quality of each has been improved even further and expanded to include octavers, pitch shifting and a variety of delays. An optional expression pedal can be connected to control volume, pitch and wah with your foot.

The Katana 100/212 MKII: True Stereo, Cab Resonance and a Sharper Tone Editor

Use the Stereo Expand option and connect 2 Katana amps to deepen, widen and clarify your stereo imaging, reverbs and delays to surround your adversaries and take them down with sound. The first amp acts as master and the second amp serves as a slave. Both amps can be controlled at the same time with the separately available GA-FC footswitch. For those who are on a higher mission, chasing elusive, never-heard-before-tones, the free Boss Tone Editor has been updated and fully adapted to meet the demands of the richer sound palette of the Katana MKII models. If you've honed any presets from the original series, these can be loaded up with the new line and fine tuned even further.

Alert & Inspired Sound

Jack in your pedalboard or high-quality multi-effects and use them as a preamp by connecting to the Power Amp Input to get a direct path through the class A / B power amp and the specially developed 12-inch speaker. With this improved Katana 100/212 you are assured of the highest possible sound quality. You will not only experience this via the through the speaker, but also through the other outputs. A sly USB port gives you an output to your PC or Mac to record your newly mastered moves directly to your DAW.

Amazing modeling amp. Download Boss Tone Studio and you have so much control over your tone. It's great.

Superversterker! Door de enorme hoeveelheid Boss effecten in deze versterker is het een heel veelzijdige versterker en voor mij als allround gitarist perfect. Het duurt even om uit te vinden hoe alle knopjes precies werken en waar je de verschillende effecten/banks kunt vinden, maar dat is meer dan de moeite waard!

Hoewel hij voor een versterker niet eens heel zwaar is, vind ik hem af en toe nog wel vrij log om te verplaatsen.
