As a result, the AZS2209H doesn't just pack bright trebles but delivers brutal mids and ample sustain, making sure no note will ever get lost in the mix or go unheard.

To ensure this electric AZS model sounds strikingly modern when plugged in, Ibanez have gone with an SH pickup configuration made up of two Seymour Duncan pickups. The Alnico II Pro single-coil at the bridge whips up bright and twangy, mid-range-rich tone, while the Magic Touch mini humbucker mounted at the neck gives you a fuller sound with ample high-end definition. Next to the 3-way switch and volume and tone pots, you can tweak the special Alter Switch to bring out two additional, serial-switched sounds.
