Allmänt

This '60s Stratocaster from Fender's Vintera series has a vintage look, sound and feel. It's made in Fender's factory in Ensenada, Mexico which means they can offer it at a cheaper price than an American-made model, for instance. The bolt-on maple neck has a classic C profile with a 7.25-inch fretboard radius and vintage frets providing an authentic playing experience.

Vintera '60s Stratocaster: versatile, vintage sounds

Three vintage-style '60s single-coil Strat pickups, along with a 5-way pickup switch and volume and tone controls, give you a wide range of classic '60s-style sounds to work with. Other authentic features include the vintage-style synchronised tremolo with six saddles and six vintage-style machine heads.

Ik was erg benieuwd naar de nieuwe Fender Vintera serie. Deze 60s Vintera Stratocaster heeft de oude vintage specs, (in tegenstelling tot de modified Vintera's). De gitaar speelt super lekker. Geweldig afgesteld in de fabriek in Ensenada. Ice Blue Metallic is een fantastische kleur die ietwat neigt naar blauw-zilver. In het echt veel mooier dan foto's op internet. De gitaar heeft 60's pick-ups die glashelder klinken (iets rinkelen) wat hoort bij de 60's Stratocasters. Maar absoluut geen "dun" geluid. Ik speel al 50+ jaar gitaar en Strats vanaf begin jaren 80 en ik kan echt zeggen dat deze gitaar een hele beste is. Wederom met dank aan Bax-Shop!
