The Binary Series is based on innovative Hotone XTOMP-technology and the Binary Amp is a superb example of its processing prowess. This amplifier simulator is based on a powerful Dual-DSP and natural sounding CDCM modelling. This effects pedal gives you immediate access to 16 high quality sound-emulations of legendary guitar amplifiers; each given indicative but just-off-brand names like Brit, Voxy and Jazz; just so you know exactly what to expect. Besides this, every emulation comes with its own speaker cabinet simulations so you even have the freedom to, with addition of a power-amp, connect directly to a PA or audio interface. Dial in and save your crafted configurations in 10 user preset slots; connect the stompbox directly to your PC or Mac via the mini-USB socket to upgrade the firmware or use the free software available from the Hotone site and, to integrate this extensive tool into your pedalboard, there's a mono FX-loop fitted.

Eenvoudig in gebruik en bijna alle soorten versterkertypes zijn aanwezig.
Bij elk versterkertype hoort een cab-simulatie die je kan gebruiken bij het opnemen via computer.
Enige nadelen:
De usb connectie bevindt zich te dicht bij de voedingsingang. Ik heb mijn voedings-jack moeten 'bijsnijden' om samen met de usb fiche te passen en dus de software te gebruiken.
Er zouden wat meer cab-sims per versterker mogen zijn (zoals bij de Mooer Radar, maar die is dan weer niet zo gebruiksvriendelijk)

Fait très bien ce qu'on attend, ne s'encombre pas de presets délirants, possède une boucle fx, s'accorde très bien avec certains amplis physiques.
N'a pas de prise casque.
Petit mais stable.
Rapport qualité/prix inégalé à ce jour ! Je recommande.( 50 ans de guitare)
