Mackie's Thump12BST is a full-range 12-inch active speaker with Bluetooth functionality that allows you to control, stream and link speakers using a smartphone or tablet up to a distance of 100 metres! It has a total power output of 1300 watts delivered through a 12-inch high-output woofer and a 1.4-inch titanium dome compression driver. The size of the woofer in combination with the high output makes the Thump12BST perfect for use as a top speaker in medium to large venues together with a subwoofer like the Thump18S.

Wireless, powerful and versatile

What makes Mackie's new Bluetooth functionality so groundbreaking is the ability to connect Thump speakers together wirelessly. You can then use the Thump Connect control app to operate all the connected speakers using your iOS or Android device. As well as adjusting levels and DSP settings, you'll be able to choose between stereo or dual zone linking modes too. It's possible to save 3 different presets allowing you to change the settings of an entire system simply by touching the screen on your smartphone or tablet! The Thump12BST has a built-in 3-channel digital mixer with 2 preamplifiers featuring Wide-Z connectors and a full-colour display.
