The Recording King RO-227 is a top-quality Triple-O steel-string acoustic guitar made of solid rosewood and spruce. It has beautiful abalone decorative features on the top as well as on the headstock. Its classic Butterbean-style machine heads help to give it a pre-war appearance, feel and sound. Other wood types used in its construction include mahogany for the neck and ebony for the fretboard and bridge, which also play a part in its look and sound.
