A snare drum doesn't have to be expensive to be effective! This 14 x 5.5-inch Mapex MPX Birch delivers a comparably rich, bright sound to that of the 13 x 6-inch model, but the increased diameter and shallower depth give it a bit more of a spacious sound with a slightly lower pitch.

The shell is made of 100% birch, a material that has been used to make drums for ages now and that gives this snare drum its rich, open tone. It's equipped with 2.3mm triple-flanged hoops, that will keep your snare drum perfectly in tune for a long time and which allow for ear-splitting rimshots.

Furthermore, the snare is equipped with Remo UX drumheads, making the snare easy to tune and further enhancing its sound.

ik vind er een geweldig geluid in zitten zeker in combinatie met rimshots wel moet je hem vaak ff weer opspannen.
Zeker niet ontevreden mee en het is mijn eerste Snare na mijn Stock Snare De afwerking is goed, prima ding.
