This NitorLACK Trans Candy Apple Red nitrocellulose lacquer in a 400 ml aerosol can is perfect for achieving that classic Candy Apple Red look. Fender first used this colour in 1963, and it was even Leo Fender’s favourite shade. As the lacquer is semi-transparent, you should spray it over a metallic base coat (silver or gold) so that the metallic particles show through subtly. Thanks to the aerosol can, you don’t need any professional spraying equipment.
