Most DJs will be familiar with the regular VCI-400, but Vestax has also issued an edition of the DJ controller that was specifically designed for Serato DJ. Vestax's VCI-400DJ controller comes with a full version of the DJ software, so you can get straight down to business. The VCI-400's familiar symmetrical layout - one of its main draws - has of course been preserved.
The VCI-400DJ: technological characteristics
The VCI-400DJ is the perfect tool for intense DJing. Thanks to its compact construction, this low-profile controller can easily be transported, making it ideal for mobile gigs. The torque and sensitivity of its high-resolution jog wheels (with characteristically grooved top layer) can be fully adjusted to suit your preferences. Large aluminium filter knobs per channel allow for creative mixing, while a built-in audio interface enables you to connect your peripheral audio gear in a jiffy. It's even possible to plug your turntables into the VCI-400DJ, which means you can use your timecode CDs or vinyl.
