The Vestax Spin2 RED is a compact and advanced DJ controller for iOS devices and Apple computers. You can connect it directly to your iPhone, iPod Touch or iPad using the included 30-pin iOS cable. Once it's connected, the Spin2 RED controls all functions of the Algoriddim DJAY software. Apart from its striking red finish, this model is identical to the Vestax Spin2 DJAY. However, it's only available in very limited numbers, so be sure to order yours quickly.
Spin2 RED: fully fledged DJ controller
Despite its compact size, the Vestax Spin2 RED has all the same elements as a regular DJ controller. It allows for track preloading, hotcues, beat syncing, pitch bend, tone controls and all kinds of effects. Furthermore, the Spin2 RED features traditional Vestax jog wheels for smooth scratching, as well as two touch-sensitive strips that allow you to quickly scroll through your track list.
Software and connecting
The Vestax Spin2 RED comes with Algoriddim DJAY software. This software features a highly user-friendly graphical interface, and automatically synchronises with your iTunes library. Thanks to CoreAudio drivers, you won't have to install anything yourself. Simply connect it to your Mac or iOS device, and you're good to go. Moreover, the controller comes with a 30-pin connector, especially for your iOS devices. If your device has a Lightning connector instead, you'll have to use a separately available Apple Lightning to 30-pin adapter. Finally, the Spin2 RED even charges your device while it's connected, as long as it's plugged into the mains.
