For those who think Ibanez Roadcore guitars are a little bit too dark, we offer a special maple neck version. The RC320M Roadcore is almost identical to the regular RC320, except for its maple fretboard which gives the guitar a bit of extra bite and sparkle in the trebles. Just as the rest of the series, the headstock of the RC320M is a modern, slim variation on that of the Blazer and Roadstar models from the '80s. In short: a tough Ibanez with retro look.
Features of the Ibanez RC320M Roadcore
The asymmetrical body of the RC320M is reminiscent of the Ibanez Talman series from the '90s. It's made of mahogany for a full and warm sound and has a classic Brown Sunburst finish. The one-piece, maple neck is bolt on to the body and has a thick yet comfortable round vintage shape. The hardware consists of a set of reliable self-lubricating tuners and a Tight-Tune bridge, designed by Ibanez itself. In combination with the string-through-body construction, this results in a tight tone with improved sustain.
Core-Tone humbuckers
The Ibanez RC320M Roadcore has two humbuckers. These Core-Tone pickups were designed by Ibanez and produce a full sound that cuts through the mix perfectly. They're fit for vintage clean and crunch sounds as well as more modern high-gain distortions. With the 3-way switch you can choose between the clear and punchy sound of the bridge pickup, the deep and warm sound of the neck pickup or a combination of the two. Last not but least, the RC320 has volume control and a tone knob for filtering the higher frequencies.
