Allmänt
When the people at Fender talk about a rosewood neck, they usually mean it's got a rosewood fretboard. However, in the case of this limited edition American Standard Stratocaster (Daphne Blue) the entire neck is made of rosewood, giving this guitar an even warmer sound than Stratocasters with a rosewood fretboard on a maple neck. Additionally, it combines beautifully with the Daphne Blue finish of the body to give this guitar an exceptional look.
Modern Classic
This Limited Edition Stratocaster is based on the recently re-issued American Standard Stratocaster. Its three Custom Shop Fat '50s single-coil pickups produce a higher output than classic Alnico 5 single-coils with a little more bass and a milder mid range. Another modern improvement with regards to the quintessential model from the fifties is the dual-action truss rod in the neck. As we mentioned, the neck is made of one-piece rosewood and features a comfortable 9.5-inch radius and 22 jumbo frets. What's more, this guitar also boasts renewed friction-free bridge saddles and a solid steel tremolo block for more tone and sustain.
Limited Edition
The American Standard Stratocaster offers a balanced combination of vintage sound and feel with modern playing comfort and reliability. If you're looking for a Strat that has an extra warm sound, then this one-piece rosewood necked instrument might be just the ticket. These guitars are only available in a limited number. What's more, Daphne Blue is a highly coveted colour for a Fender Stratocaster so be quick to order this beauty today.
