- Please note: Mobile devices like smartphones and tablets must support the USB OTG protocol to guarantee optimum performance.
- The ESD310S runs on the exFAT file system by default. Since some mobile devices only work with the FAT32 format, you may have to re-format your ESD310S to FAT32.
- You can download additional software for backing up, restoring, encrypting and decrypting the drive via Transcend's website. The ESD310S is also fully compatible with cloud services for back-ups.
