The SKB iSeries Injection-Moulded Mil-Standard Waterproof Case is built for the real world: transport, touring and storage in harsh conditions. The case is moulded from ultra-strong polypropylene copolymer resin and features a gasket-sealed closure, making it water- and dust-tight. The design is also submersible and tested to MIL-STD 810H, offering resistance to corrosion and impact damage. An extra practical feature for larger cases: this model is fitted with wheels, making it easier to take with you on location.

Robust hardware and clever details

SKB equips the iSeries cases with hardware that can withstand rough handling and performs well in practice. This includes the Trigger Latch® System for quick and reliable closure, a moulded-in hinge and padlock loops for attaching a padlock. The snap-down rubber over-moulded cushion grip handle fits comfortably in the hand and folds away neatly. Furthermore, the case is designed to be resistant to UV, solvents, mould, corrosion and impact (MIL-STD 810H).

Spacious internal dimensions and pressure equalisation

With an internal length of 56 inches (142.24 cm), a width of 16 inches (40.64 cm) and a depth of 9 inches (22.86 cm), this is a spacious case for long items or complete sets. The lid compartment is 2 inches deep and the base 7 inches, allowing you to make efficient use of the available space. Another handy feature: the automatic ambient pressure equalisation valve (MIL-STD 810H) compensates for pressure differences, making opening and closing after transport much smoother.
