The Azumi AZZ2RE features a 925 sterling silver Altus headjoint and a nickel-silver body, which are premium features for a flute that falls in the mid-range price bracket. The headjoint also has a Z-cut, making the mouth opening more angular for a faster response while making it easier to pull out full sound. Equipped with open keys, an E-mechanism, an offset G key and a C footjoint, this flute offers great playability.
The Azumi AZZ2RE: Adjustable Sound and Feel
This Azumi flute features an offset G key, meaning it's ideal for players with a relatively short ring finger. The open keys give you enhanced flexibility in terms of playability, but the included silicone caps can be installed if preferred. The E-mechanism makes it simpler to shape stable E3 notes, while the C footjoint helps create a lighter timbre and response.
