The Minimoog Voyager XL has been designed to commemorate the 40th anniversary of the Minimoog. This sonic powerhouse of a synth is certainly worthy of the name Minimoog and does justice to the Moog legacy. At heart, the Minimoog Voyager XL has been modelled after the Minimoog Model D. Powerful oscillators and warm Moog filters deliver the unmistakable Moog sound, and the rugged build and intuitive user interface design are testament to the high-quality nature of this fantastic synthesizer.

The Minimoog Voyager XL borrows a number of its excellent features from the current Voyager series, including a 100% analogue signal path with stable oscillators, patch storage, a touch surface controller, pot mapping and extensive MIDI control, but adds a ribbon controller and a velocity sensitive keyboard with 61 keys and after-pressure. This beast of an analogue mono synth has clearly been built on forty years of experience!
