Allmänt

Sometimes, working without having to stare at a computer screen is a welcome pleasure. The fully hands-on Korg KROSS 2 synthesizer/workstation not only offers your eyes a break but won't leave you wondering if the sound could be just that little bit better with help of a DAW. A highly flexible palette of superb quality sounds are controlled via a comfortable 88 note keyboard and streamlined sequencer. Pianos, brass, synths and everything in between sits waiting inside this slim powerhouse and, while you get everything you did with the KROSS 1, the KROSS 2 takes things that bit further. It might also be worth comparing the price of this synth to some of the better hammer-action supported MIDI keyboards out there, which reveals that the added value only gets better when you factor in the extensive sound engine included here. Besides offering time away from your DAW, the KROSS 2 is an undeniable option for those still on the hunt for a larger master keyboard.
