The Pearl Decade Maple Artisan Shell Set comes bundled up with a snare, completing a sleek starting point for a high-performance setup. Part of the Decade range, this five-piece set is the result of a full ten years of development, so every detail has been optimised to guarantee the best sound and the best playability that Pearl has to offer. Every shell features 5.4mm-thick walls, made from 100% maple, which is known for its warm and rich tonal resonance - everything that's essential during studio sessions as well as live gigs. Each shell has also been finished with 45° bearing edges to support excellent attack, while the smart Opti-Loc tom mount system allows the tom shells plenty of freedom to resonate with full depth. Since this is the Artisan edition, each shell comes dipped in a high-end Exotic Satin Caramel Veil finish.

The Pearl Decade Maple Artisan Rock-Fusion Shell Set: Configuration

This edition of the Pearl Decade Maple Artisan shell set has a hybrid rock-fusion configuration, so you're getting a 22 inch by 18 inch bass drum, a 10 inch by 7 inch and 12 inch by 8 inch rack tom, a 14 inch by 14 inch floor tom, and a 14 inch by 5.5. inch snare drum. The toms as well as the snare have been pre-fitted with triple-flanged tension hoops and every drum features Remo drumheads, a set of NDL Mini Lugs, and for the snare, you also get a 20-strand snare wire.
