Korala's PUG-40 guitaleles are very compact six-string instruments. Their size makes them the perfect items for children and as a travel instrument. The big advantage of a guitalele as opposed to a ukulele is that the former has six strings, just like a regular guitar! Even though it has a higher tuning (ADGCEA), the way you play the chords is identical to that of a full-size guitar. Construction of the Korala PUG-40E-BK

The body and neck of this black Korala PUG-40 are completely made of acoustically optimised polycarbonate. Tone-wise, it is just as good as wooden instruments with the same price.
