Does the job. Seems a little makeshift at first, but by the time a 2-prong euro plug is clipped inside and the fixing screw done up tight (you'll need a #2 Phillips head screwdriver), it's a lot more solid feeling. Wider and slightly taller than a standard 3-pin plug, but not enough to be a problem with regular sockets or multiway strip adaptors.
A much tidier way than other plug in type adaptors, mine came free with a turntable supplied by Bax. At less than 1 GBP it well worth the cost, even at the RRP (?) of 3.5 GBP I'd happily buy more.
