This particular model has clear similarities with the BPM 6 USB, but is slightly more compact, saving you valuable space and making it ideal for small venues. Its simple layout also makes it perfect for use in clubs or community centres.
Technical Characteristics of the MIX6usb
The MIX6usb provides you with all the connectors that you might need to connect your peripherals. Firstly, you'll find a built-in USB interface at the rear, to which you can connect your music computer. Recording a mix is also made possible by the bidirectional setup, so that a live set can, for instance, be streamed via a laptop with Wi-Fi. A 3.5mm jack plug connector allows for request songs from MP3 players, smartphones or laptops to be played. Furthermore, the mixer features two identical microphone channels, plus four channels for easy connecting of peripherals like CD players or turntables.
Finish and Layout of the MIX6usb
The compact 19-inch construction lets you mount the MIX6usb in a 19-inch rack, together with other peripherals. Its black exterior looks simple, but stylish! White and blue LEDs don't just inform you about the functions of the mixer, they also look mighty spiffy! Channel monitoring is an option and separate outputs for master, booth and record are featured. The booth output can also be used as a second master, and RCA outputs and balanced XLR outputs are featured. Thanks to robust dual-rail faders, the mixers can take a bit of rough handling by inexperienced DJs.
