These are Meinl's TS1/2 timbale sticks, a sturdy pair of stick for playing the timbale. They're made of specially selected hickory for optimal quality, as hickory is a highly durable wood type. The sticks are 16 inches long and half an inch wide, which makes for a comfortable hold and keeps your timbales within reach at all times. Timbale sticks don't have a special tip, like drum sticks do. Instead, the tip is completely rounded off to reduce the chance of denting the drumhead. Finally, Meinl gave these sticks a natural finish and, of course, made sure that their logo is on them. These sticks are a great choice for the all-round timbale player.
