The DRX-15B is a passive 15-inch subwoofer by DAP Audio that is a part of the Mobile Road Series. This largest version from the DRX range allows for effortless bass reproductions and an impressive sound pressure. Make sure that the amplifier can keep up with the continuous capacity of 300 watts (600 W peak) and release the maximum sound pressure of 124 dB! This way, the bass frequencies will clearly make themselves heard and felt in your audience! Whether you are working with bands or DJs, this quite light and attractively priced subwoofer is very all-round, if you require a solid basis of bass.
DAP DRX-15B: construction
The design of the DRX-15B is focused on intensive use and on-the-road applications. It, for instance, has a housing of 15mm thick plywood, finished with scratchproof black lacquer for a durable, neat look. The housing is double-ventilated, resulting in a healthy dose of additional sound pressure for the lowest frequencies. A stand flange on top is made for a distance rod, so that you can mount a satellite speaker on the subwoofer. Two DAP satellite speakers and two DRX-15B subwoofers can form a powerful, compact PA installation.
