Line 6 took their 20 years of groundbreaking multi-effect making experience, jammed it all together and wrapped it into the Firehawk FX. This effect pedal gives you the very best of both the AMPLIFi FX100 and the POD HD500X. It is essentially over 200 amps and effects - including 50 HD models - plus versatile connectors and Bluetooth connectivity. Thanks to an intuitive, wireless control you can create a professional guitar sound quicker than ever before. What's more, like all of Line 6's products, the Firehawk FX is built like a tank - making it perfect for use at home as well as on stage.
Firehawk FX: the best of Line 6
One could claim that the Firehawk FX is a combination of the best features of all of Line 6's classic products. In addition to the user-friendly functions of the AMPLIFi FX100 and the extensive options of the POD500X there are also several aspects of the M-series effects, including multi-colour LEDs above the foot switches. It produces a veritable arsenal of top-shelf sounds that you can easily control from your smartphone or tablet via the free Firehawk Remote app. The on-board buttons allow you direct access to the most important effect parameters, and two rows of foot switches allow you to switch between patches and (de)activate individual effects at lightning speeds. What's more, the Firehawk FX is even equipped with an expression pedal for wah wah, volume and real-time parameter controls.
Bluetooth and I/O
A built-in Bluetooth connection not only allows you to easily edit sounds via a clear interface, it also enables you to stream music to your guitar amplifier wirelessly - this way, you can jam along to your favourite backing track. Line 6's revolutionary tone-comparison technology in the app makes sure you have the perfect guitar sound every time. Additionally, you can share your sounds and download new ones via the online community. Lastly, all the main inputs and outputs of the POD HD500X have been added to the Firehawk FX, including a stereo FX loop with stomp/line switch, a balanced XLR and an unbalanced 6.3mm jack output and a VDI port (Variax Digital Input).
