This unit produces razor-sharp beams, allows for quick motions, professional functionality and is still affordable. This Infinity iB-2R moving head is provided with the bright Osram Sirius HRI-132W lamp. The light of this lamp shines through a gobo and a colour wheel, both of which move very quickly, and the iB-2R is also equipped with two prisms that can be used simultaneously for a powerful effect. The Infinity iB-2R is also equipped with a frost filter.
Infinity iB-2R: razor-sharp
Speed is the keyword for this moving head, which is why it is provided with special stepper motors with a high torque value. These motors give the moving head the speed that it needs to execute neat chases. The gobo wheel is equipped with 17 metal gobos and the colour wheel of 14 colours plus white. These wheels have such a speed that they won't lag behind the movements of the moving head. The first prism is an 8-faceted rotating prism and the second a linear moving prism. These two prisms combined can create great fan effects.
Operating the iB-2R
As we might expect of a modern moving head, this lamp is equipped with multiple modes: a DMX mode, music-controlled mode (master/slave) and a stand-alone mode (in which the iB-2R runs through a number of pre-programmed chases) are provided. The presence of a multicolour display ensures that setting this moving head up is a quick and easy thing to do.
