The 61-key Roli Seaboard Grand Stage USB keyboard is one of the most expressive keyboard ever created. Seaboard Grand Stage: revolutionary aftertouch functionality
The Seaboard Grand adds new meaning to the word aftertouch. Many synthesizers offer this feature, but they're not half as versatile as the Seaboard. The Roli instrument doesn't simply function as a keyboard, piano or synth, but offers the same expressive options as a double bass or a violin. Move your finger from left to right after you've struck a note, and you'll create a vibrato effect, but it's also possible to smoothly glide from one tone to the next. Each of the Seaboard's keys accurately registers how hard you press it, and what you do next. Produce crescendos by moving your finger forward, or influence the sound by releasing keys at varying speeds.
Use with PC or Mac
The flexibility of the Seaboard Grand Stage is not limited to its revolutionary keyboard, however. Its built-in sounds, effects and the way in which it responds to your playing can all be adjusted. Additionally, it provides you with no fewer than three pedal inputs, and doubles as a MIDI controller. Simply install the Equator software on your PC or Mac, and you can use it as a plugin in your DAW. Would you like to control sounds from other plugins? The Seaboard can also function as a regular controller. The instrument comes with a high-grade yet lightweight case, a USB cable and a power supply unit.
