The Atomic 3000 is a popular stroboscope, and is even considered one of the best ever made. This unit by Martin can even be used as a blinder by setting it to its highest flash frequency. The Martin Atomic 3000 LED you see here is a version that works with an LED source instead of a xenon bulb. This was definitely a conscious choice on Martin's part, seeing as LEDs are much more energy-efficient, longer-lasting, and produce less warmth during use.
Atomic 3000 LED: preferences
If you choose to use this enormously powerful 3,000 Watt stroboscope in stand-alone mode, you have a variety of built-in effects at your disposal. For more precise control over your light show, you can also opt to control the Atomic 3000 LED via DMX to adjust flash speed and beam strength. Set the flash speed to maximum, and you'll get a continuous light effect known as a blinder. As you've come to expect from Martin, this unit is top-quality, as always.
