This system is especially well suited for bands or sound businesses who need that extra bit of power. The system has a total of 5,600 watts of power - enough to equip a substantial hall with sound. Even smaller outdoor squares can be adequately amplified with the Sigma 5.6 system. The set consists of 2 Sigma S118 subwoofers and two Sigma S215 satellite speakers, which are being offered together by dB Technologies for how well they complement one another. The two-way system of the S215 in combination of the the bass-reflex cabinet of the S118 ensure a solid set that will give your production a serious upgrade.
dB technologies Sigma S215: three-way system with a lot of power
This speaker delivers up to 1,400 watts of power and is driven by a Digipro class D amplifier. Additionally, it is equipped with two 15-inch woofers and a 1.4-inch tweeter, and can produce an impressive maximum sound pressure of 139 dB. A DSP engine has also been added to protect the speaker from overloading, but also to make it possible for you to adjust the EQ and phase.
Sigma S118
This is the logical partner for the Sigma S115. A considerable 18-inch speaker ensures that the bass goes as low as 32 Hz. Moreover, this speaker is also equipped with a DSP, which is additionally responsible for a crossover. The full-range signal can be sent to the satellites via the thru output. Finally, the subwoofer is also equipped with a limiter to avoid overload.
