One of the first questions you're bound to ask about the Line 6 Powercab 112 Plus is: is it a guitar cabinet or an active speaker? The answer is simple: it's both! This active speaker is designed for using modellers, profilers and amp simulation pedals. Basically, it's a straightforward 1x12-inch cabinet with six well-known speakers that you can call up with the push of a button. You'll have the Celestion Greenback, G12M-65 Creamback, Vintage 30, Jensen P12Q, Blue Bell or an Eminence Swamp Thang Patriot at your disposal! You can also use the Powercab in Flat mode as a PA speaker with balanced and full-range options.

Perfect for tweakers

The Powercab 112 Plus sets itself apart from the rest by the fact that it's so easy to operate. Th rear panel has two XLR/TRS comb inputs and an XLR output as well as AES/EBU inputs and outputs (also called L6 Link) for super-clean MIDI in/out so it can send and receive commands flawlessly. Use this cab with your DAW or connect it to your tablet or smartphone (with the help of an adapter) using the USB power. On top of al this, you've got 128 user presets. How's that for tweakability?
