With the introduction of the Sonamaster Series SB1P, Washburn thoughtfully put the sound of a solid P-style bass within affordable range for beginners and less affluent musicians. This electric bass has an alder body and maple neck to ensure full, clear sound that's registered by what couldn't possibly be anything other than a P-style split-coil pickup. It's this that blesses the SB1P with its classic yet versatile character, but the easily playable and comfortable neck definitely won't stand in the way of your impacting bass riffs either.
