Peavey's Milestone (here in a pretty Gulfcoast Blue) bass guitar is a great place to start for beginner bass players. It is a model from the familiar Milestone series, which is characterised by carefully crafted instruments at moderate prices. These bass guitars are all surprisingly comfortable to play and have a pleasant, versatile sound. A special detail is the Powerplate on the back of the headstock, which helps a longer sustain.

Those who grab hold of the beautiful blue Peavey Milestone bass guitar will immediately notice its comfortable feel - a characteristic it owes in part to the bevelled body edges. There's nothing wrong about the tone as well, as this instrument features a single-coil pickup for tight, clear tones and a split single coil for punchy sounds. You can balance the sound of both pickups with the volume knobs and adjust the overall timbre with the tone control.
