Allmänt
Fender Standard means great quality without you having to rob a bank or pull off that big heist. For the first time in Fender's rich history, the Jaguar Bass is part of the Standard series, making it an excellent option if you're looking for an electric bass guitar with a versatile sound and rugged Fender build quality. The Jaguar Bass is an exceptionally comfortable model thanks to the smooth curves of its offset body. Moreover, its satin-gloss maple neck and rosewood fretboard ensure optimal playing comfort, making this Fender a proper player's guitar.
Versatile bass guitar
This Olympic White American Standard Jaguar Bass borrowed its pickups from both the Jazz and the Precision Bass and so covers the whole spectrum of both the single-coil and the split single-coil pickups. The J-Bass single-coil pickup produces big mids while the Precision pickup goes for a powerful, deeper sound. The master tone control and volume controls per pickup allow you to fully adjust the tone to your liking.
Fender Standard
All of Fender's famous guitars (the Stratocaster, Telecaster and also the Precision and Jazz Bass) have a Standard Series version. To make these models more affordable than the original American versions, these guitars are made in Mexico, where labour costs are considerably lower. This allows for a price to quality ratio that is right in between cheaper Squier guitars (often from the far east) and the often more expensive Japanese and American Fenders. The Standard Series instruments are built according to specs and under supervision of Fender to ensure they sound and play like you expect a genuine Fender guitar to do.
