The AKG WMS470 series offers professional wireless audio performances. The various models are geared for heavy-duty live operations, free of interference and with an extremely clear sound. This is the HT470, a handheld transmitter with C5 condenser capsule. It provides the singer or host with perfect vocal transmissions.

AKG HT470 C5: condenser sound

The condenser capsule has a cardioid pickup pattern and is capable of picking up the fresh overtones accurately. This way, articulation is always clearly reproduced and your message certainly gets across. The capsule can take high sound pressures: up to 145 dB (SPL). The housing of the HT470 is also well suited for live use, as it is very rugged. The HT470 stably transfers your signals, even when the internal two-poled antenna is covered by your hand.

The HT470 is equipped with professional components, such as a silent on/off button, so that the feared 'plopping' noise won't occur when you switch the microphone off. A display offers information about the remaining battery life. This information is also sent to the SR470 receiver.
