Allmänt

Over at dB Technologies they've taken the active speaker another step forward in the right direction. The DVX series consists of speakers and monitors with built-in digital amplifiers. There are separate amplifiers for high and low frequencies in the speakers, so a beautiful, clear, full sound is produced. All of the speakers have the same power, but they do differ when it comes to sound pressure.

The DM15 is the most powerful floor monitor from the DVX series by dB Technologies. With a sound pressure of 132 dB and a 15-inch woofer, it is possible to reach incredibly high volumes and low frequencies. A 1.4-inch RCF neodymium compression driver is responsible for the clear high tones. Furthermore, the sides have different sizes, which make it possible to place the monitor at different angles. Just like the DM12, the DM15 has a pole mount on the bottom so it can be mounted on a stand.
