The CX-500 series offers high sound quality and an adequate output with a compact design. This CX-500 is equipped with 2x 250 W output and is ideal for travelling DJs or musicians. A disco, community centre or pub will also benefit from the CX-500.

All PA amplifiers from the DAP CX series are provided with adequate protections, like a protection against short-circuiting, for instance. The temperature is also kept in check properly: the CX-500 is equipped with a fan that automatically adjusts its speed to the power on which the amplifier is operating. Furthermore, DAP have also built-in a soft start and clip limiter feature, protection against square waves and overloading. A unique thing about the CX-500 amplifiers is the reset button at the rear. This CX-500's output on Power Stereo and four ohms is 2x 250 watts RMS. Via an XLR connection, the input signal is passed on. The output signal can subsequently be received via two SpeakOn connectors. The other XLR connectors can be used to link to other amplifiers. This way, you can therefore use multiple amplifiers for a speaker combination. In that case building the amplifiers into a rack might be practical. The CX-500 has a height of 2 U. It also has a very durable housing. In combination with the internal securities, this guarantees that this reliable amplifier will offer you years of enjoyment.
