The Numark DJ I/O was the ideal, affordable solution for digital DJ controllers without a built-in audio interface. The DJ iO 2 is the new and improved version! It is more compact and even more attractively priced. And what's more, with the DJ iO 2 you can send your mix to your computer for recording purposes, together with a microphone signal. Thanks to its compact size, this unit can be integrated into nearly any DJ setup that consists of mixing software and a hardware controller.

Characteristics of the Numark DJ iO 2

Like its predecessor, the DJ iO2 allows you to send your mix in studio-grade quality (24-bit/44.1kHz) from your computer to your speakers. The ultra low-latency signal path allows for effortless real-time mixing. You can now also use the DJ iO 2 to simultaneously record your mix and the microphone signal and send it to your computer. It is ideal for recording your sets, live shows, rehearsal sessions and perfomance and subsequently edit it on your laptop.

All ins and outs

Whether you work with a Mac or a PC, the Numark DJ iO 2 is compatible with any computer without the installation of drivers. This audio interface is USB-powered, so an external power adapter is not required either. The DJ|iO 2 is fitted with a 6.3mm microphone input with gain control for MCing, performing, vocals and more. A 6.3mm headphones output with volume controls is provided for cueing of tracks. Thanks to stereo RCA outputs, you can integrated the DJ iO2 with most sound systems.
