Stacking eight of the IP211 EQ modules found in ARK consoles, the tight, 19 inch Interphase Audio EQ 8-R equalizer supplies hi and low-cut filters, four-band inductive EQ, and Swing EQ, amounting to four EQ sections per channel. Each module provides two signal paths, so the signal path can be selected per section to easily perform tricks like applying inductive EQ to the vocals while applying Swing EQ to the acoustic guitar - a feature that essentially morphs the EQ8-R into a sixteen channel equalizer. Add that to those inductive EQ circuits (AKA the holy grail of all studio engineers), and you have a breathtaking studio tool that exudes the same quality and character as a Pultec EQP-1a.
