612VIIFM: a remarkably versatile sound

The Pacifica 612VIIFM owes its great versatility to two Seymour Duncan single-coil SSL-1 pickups and a high-output Custom 5 humbucker in bridge position. By means of a push/pull switch, you're able to turn the bridge pickup into a feisty, twangy single-coil. The guitar's middle pickup is a reverse-wound, reverse-polarity model, which means you won't suffer any undesired noise in intermediate positions.

Tuning stability and user-friendliness

The Yamaha Pacifica 612VIIFM is equipped with Grover locking machines heads that automatically clamp down on the strings while you're tuning, ensuring excellent tuning stability. They also make it much easier to replace your strings. Thanks to the Grover Locking Tuners and the self-lubricating Graphtech TusQ XL string nut, the guitar stays optimally tuned even when you go wild with the Wilkinson tremolo bridge.
