This limited edition, straight-up Strat has been stripped right back before being fitted with a single humbucker and a single tone and volume pot. This is the no-nonsense Squier FSR Affinity Series Stratocaster H HT. The solid poplar body has been teamed up with a powerful ceramic dual-coil pickup to support thick and tasty power chords - ideal for fans of fat sound. In fact, think the core sound of Blink-182 guitarist's signature Strat and you'll know exactly what you're getting.

The Squier FSR Affinity Series Stratocaster H HT: Mega-Stable

Since this is the Hardtail edition, the standard-issue Strat tremolo assembly has been ripped out and replaced with a fixed six-saddle bridge - so there are no moving parts - just a solid base that results in improved vibrational transfer from the strings to the body. In other words: better resonance and better sustain. The playability is just as solid thanks to the snug feel of the C-profile maple neck and the light touch of the twenty-one-strong set of medium-jumbo frets. Affordable, packed with effortlessly unique style and rounded off with a Fender-approved build, this model is an absolute treat for students and experienced guitarists alike.
