Because the slender Speed neck is bolted onto an alder Dinky body, the guitar is light of weight and produces a balanced sound with a punchy accent. The little brother of the Soloist allows for extreme dive bombs thanks to a recessed Floyd Rose tremolo and an R3 locking nut.

This Jackson is equipped with a classic Seymour Duncan humbucker combination - the bridge pickup is a trembucker version of the legendary JB, combined with the famous '59 neck pickup.
