Allmänt

One of the most recognisable Ibanez Signatures by master guitarist Satriani has returned! This JS1CR edition Chrome Boy features a Sustainiac driver with a custom Stealth Pro preamp for violin-like leads. The DiMarzio Satchur8 humbucker with Alnico 8 core magnet provides a rich and pointy sound without shrieking highs in any amped up situation, while the dual coil pick-up is perfectly capable of a clean or heavily distorted sound. Your choice!

JS1CR: 3 Ways to sustain & unlimited vibrato variations

By the way, there are three ways to make use of the JS1CR's sustainer. In the first position, only the base sound of any note played is pushed through. The second setting adds the well-known singing overtones to the mix while the third setting will only sustain overtones. It goes without saying a classic JS / Edge tremolo bridge is fitted on this Joe Satriani signature guitar. This floating bridge delivers exactly the right sound and feel loved by so many Satriani disciples. Subtle tone bending, crazy musical nosedives and brutal sound walls, the Ibanez JS1CR can handle anything you throw at it.

Sublime playing comfort and popular Chrome finish

A Signature guitar means superb quality and extra attention to detail when it comes to the neck, fretboard and the 24 medium frets. The latter especially can be held accountable for the JS1CR's sublime playing comfort. But the Ibanez engineers have also managed to decorate this electric guitar with a popular Chrome finish. It's a good thing this guitar comes complete with a luxurious guitar case to protect this very special finish during transportation!

Ibanez JS1CR Joe Satriani Chrome Boy signature gitaar

I purchased the JS1CR30 from Bax in February and it is an amazing guitar. Ibanez has sorted the chrome finish as the chrome finish appears to be like any other guitar finish now, unlike the JS10 chromeboys which are really just collectors guitars. The JS1CR can be played without fear of the chrome coming off. The sound and playability is obvious as it is an Ibanez JS guitar
