Allmänt

For hardcore Gretsch Jet fans in need of a little extra fret-reach, Gretsch serve up the G5232T FT: a double-cutaway edition of the Electromatic Jet. Just like the single-cut edition, the body of this attainable modern classic has been hollowed out to lower the weight and open up the foundation sound, and doesn't have any soundholes, sticking with pure Jet tradition while limiting feedback. Two Black Top Filter'Tron pickups have been mounted onto the sleek, arched top to deliver clear and articulate amplified tone which can varied at will to back up a range of styles.

The Gretsch G5232T Electromatic Double Jet FT: Personalised Sound & Playing Comfort

Three volume pots, a tone pot and a three-way switch have been supplied for tweaking and customising the output, and to support retro-flavoured, rockabilly-worthy note-bends, an Anchored Adjust-O-Matic bridge has been teamed up with a Bigsby Licensed B50 Vibrato tailpiece. Firm tuning is assured by a set of sealed machine heads, and to polish off this double-cut model with sweet and light, Gretsch-grade playability, the Electromatic G5232 Double Jet boasts a thin, U-profile neck and a flat 12 inch radius fretboard with twenty-two medium jumbo frets.

Gretsch G5232T Electromatic Double Jet FT Fairlane Blue elektrische gitaar

Had a couple of Gretsch guitars before but these were semi hollow bodied with broadtron pickups and never really took to them. Decided to persist with my desire to have a Gretsch in my guitar collection and have come up trumps with this. It's a beauty in looks,playability and sound (filtertrons are definitely much more agile and fun than broadtrons). Couldn't be happier. Great service from BAX and a guitar that is immediately a firm favourite at a very agreeable price.
