Here's the Olympic White Fender Standard Telecaster HH for example. As its name suggests, this Tele has a pickup configuration that's a little different from more conventional Telecasters. Its two Fender Blacktop Humbuckers (HH) make this Tele fully ready for the heavier types of music. From classic rock to an over-the-top high-gain sound, the Fender Blacktops will easily manage. Construction

Despite the moderate price of this Standard Telecaster, its specifications are anything but. The base of this electric guitar is formed by an alder body and a maple neck. Maple gives this guitar its balanced tone. However, as the neck supports a rosewood fretboard, the overall sound is slightly warmer than that of models with a maple fretboard. As is usually the case on Telecasters, the bridge is a strings-through-body type, a construction that ensures great resonance and which contributes to the definitive Telecaster sound. The bridge itself features six saddles.

Black Top Humbuckers

The Fender Blacktop humbuckers have an extra high output that allows you to take any amplifier to the limit for a lovely distortion. Ideal for rock and metal.
