The Fender Stratocaster is without doubt one of the most iconic guitar models of all time. Its highly-versatile sound and excellent playing comfort makes it a worthy addition to any guitarist's collection. The Player Stratocaster combines authentic styling with modern components to give you the freedom to do exactly what you want. The stable 2-point synchronised tremolo and '50s-style 'spaghetti' logo on the headstock are just the icing on this multi-layered cake.

Player Series

The Mexican made Player series from Fender is the spiritual successor to the extremely popular Standard series. These models are attractively-priced and, as their name suggests, a lot of work has gone into ensuring that you're getting an instrument with a high level of playing comfort. The neck on this Player Stratocaster has the modern C profile with satin-gloss finished back, making it feel fast, smooth and comfortable in your hand. The fretboard has a familiar 9.5-inch radius and 22 medium jumbo frets.

Versatile sound

The Fender Player Stratocaster has an alder body with high-gloss finish, mounted with newly-designed Player Series Alnico single-coil pickups, that deliver the classic Fender sound. Combine this with the on-board controls and 5-way pickup switch for plenty of tonal variety at your fingertips. No matter what style of music you play, the Player Strat is ready for it.
