With three, passive Ultra Noiseless single-coils, it's clear Fender have aimed the American Ultra Strat at contemporary guitarists. These pickups guarantee noiseless cleans and imposing overdrive and distortion alike, while the included S-1 switch lets you summon even more sound variations. Another cheeky detail is the compound fretboard radius, which starts out at 10 inches at the headstock and gradually increases to 14 inches at the body, setting up both rhythm and lead guitarists with plenty of playing comfort.

That's why the Ultra Strat has been equipped with Deluxe locking machine heads that make sure the Strat stays in tune and changing strings is made effortless.
