One drawback to using a keyboard is that it often has a limited amount of memory for all its virtual instruments, from percussion to strings. That's why the quality of each individual instrument is sometimes sacrificed in order to store more sounds. With this Roland Sound Library expansion card, however, you can equip certain keyboards with higher-quality sounds. The SO-PCM-1 Piano Selection features PCM samples and patches for both acoustic and electric pianos. In other words, with this card, you can expand your keyboard's memory to include some top-notch virtual piano sounds.
