If you're looking for an unplugged sound that adds richness and depth to your acoustic guitar, then you could use the V-Tone ADI21! This little box is essential for semi-acoustic guitars with piezo elements, and will really bring your sound to life.
Because piezo pickups tend toward the bright and cheery - often to the detriment of those dark and sultry tones - the ADI21 offers that extra bass response and warmth you've been missing, with a combination of an active DI box and a microphone/tube emulation. You have plenty of control over the sound when using this pedal. Use the blend knob, for instance, to mix the modulated sound with the normal output of your instrument. This results in a more natural amplified sound, like what you would get when recording with a mic.
This burgundy box is also equipped with a 3-band EQ with sweepable mids for controlling feedback. Furthermore, the outputs include a 6.3mm jack and a balanced XLR connector, which you can use for sending a low-impedance signal to a mixer or recorder. You also have a ground-lift switch at your disposal to take care of any hum. This pedal can run on a 9V battery or the PSU-DC power adapter by Behringer (not included).

For the price, I wasn't expecting too much. However, used with a passive piezo under saddle pickup this transformed the sound of my dreadnought (when amplified) from 'meh!' to 'wow!' It really does have enough range to tweek it into a number of different styles and adds a richness to the amplified sound which will make live work a lot easier and more enjoyable. Clearly there are a lot of great acoustic amps out there, but if you just want a pedal/DI to go into a small/large PA which will enhance your sound, at this price you cannot go wrong

Goed apparaat voor inderdaad een "unplugged" geluid. Gebruikte hem live in combi met een piezo, en klonk best goed. Als starter-set, of om uit te lenen zeer aan te bevelen dus.

ce préamplificateur avec modélisation , équaliseur ,et boite de DI me donne entière satisfaction tan pour ma guitare classique yamaha C40 que pour un micro voix ou un harmonica , Behringer est arrivé à faire un appareil qui n'a rien a envier aux plus cher . L'égaliseur est plus que correcte , le bouton blend qui règle la modélisation fait bien varier la forme du son et j'arrive à avoir la même qualité de son avec et sans pour ma guitare c'est parfait . ceci dit j'associe l'ADI21 avec un amplificateur Basse brighton de 20 watts et le rendu est super bon ( les ampli basse sont très bon pour les guitares acoustique mais c'est mon opinion personnelle!!!!).

Voor de prijs mag je niet klagen, sound laat wel te wensen over, te dof of te schel: allemaal net te,. Vergeet ook die buizen emulatie maar: veel emulatie weinig buizen. Ik ga een ander pedaal gebruiken.

Dit apparaatje is heel goed in wat hij doen moet : een goed laagohmig signaal naar mengtafel of recorder sturen. Ook nog een 'gewoon' signaal naar je versterker (Splitfunctie dus) De EQ werkt prima: als je wilt overschakelen van gewoon slag naar b.v. tokkelen en dan een aangepaste EQ wilt dan stel je die in ; druk op de knop en je hebt je gewenste sound en volume.
klein nadeel: de schakelaar is niet helemaal stil; maar ja , voor dat geld....
Adapter werkt ook goed.
