The Yamaha P255 is a stylish, compact digital piano from Yamaha's P series. Compared with its predecessors, this model has a much more authentic piano sound and feel, thanks to the Pure CF Sound Engine and Graded Hammer keyboard with ivory feel. The Yamaha P-255 offers a comprehensive control panel and can also be controlled via a special Control App on your iPhone or iPad. Furthermore, this versatile digital piano is relatively lightweight so you can use it at home, at the studio, on stage, or wherever.

The Yamaha P-255 is chock full of advanced functions, and a lot of time was spent on the most important aspect next to the sound: the playing experience. The weighted keys decrease in weight as you move up the keyboard, just like they do on an acoustic piano, and they're also equipped with synthetic ivory tops for that authentic feel and added grip. To add to the authentic playing experience, you also get an excellent sound thanks to the Pure CF Sound Engine, which comprises samples from high-quality grand pianos with facets such as sustain, attack, damper and snare resonance taken into account.

Easy to Control

Despite all of the many functions, the Yamaha P-255 remains very easy to control. It offers 24 sounds, 10 rhythms and internal effects that you can quickly set up and adjust via the comprehensive control panel. The speakers reproduce your playing beautifully, and it's also possible to practice in silence thanks to the headphone jack. Adjust the sound to fit your desires with the 3-way EQ control, and record your sessions in MIDI or audio format with the handy USB port.
