Clearsonic A4-5 trumskärm

Allmänt

This ClearSonic A4-5 screen is comprised of five 122 x 60cm panels connected together in accordion style for a total width of 300 cm. The panels themselves are made of transparent acrylic which makes them easy to clean and scratch-resistant as well. The edges and corners are rounded, which creates space to run power or mic cables through. The A4 screens can be used for all kinds of situations—complete drum kits, guitar amps, percussion, horn sections, string sections, you name it! The ClearSonic A4-5 screen prevents crosstalk in the studio and isolates instruments on stage or during rehearsals.

ClearSonic A4 series

Sometimes it's necessary to separate the acoustics of a room in order to get a good, balanced sound. With this ClearSonic screen, you can prevent the drums from being captured by other microphones so the sound engineer can make a good mix, and so the other recording musicians can hear themselves better. ClearSonic screens are used in various situations, such as in orchestras during live performances and in the studio to prevent crosstalk. They aren't always used for drums, either; they can also be used to isolate other audio sources.

Acoustics

When you place screens in a venue, you're altering the acoustics of that space, which can solve a number of problems; most importantly, feedback. Unfortunately, screens do not solve all your problems. Even though they directly reflect the sound, the vibrations are dispersed to the back of the room or towards the ceiling. This could create a short delay resulting in overlapped, jumbled audio at the back. To solve this problem, ClearSonic also offers Sorber sound absorbing panels which work well in combination with the A5 panels.
